Is your Security Guard company leaving money on the table?

In 1978, Congress mandated the Section 125 plan that allows companies like yours the ability to pre-tax employee benefits.

Why is this important to your Guard company? An article found in ASIS Security Magazine lists the employee turnover rate at 300-400% for Guard companies nationwide, listing low wages and lack of benefits for guards as the #1 cause. With this in mind, we specialize in helping Guard companies with a specially designed Section 125 plan that will:

* NOT change your current Health Plan or Broker or Work Comp, we work “WITH” them, this is a stand-alone ENHANCEMENT 125 plan.

• At a minimum, save your company over $570.00 per employee per year on your FICA payroll taxes, and as an added bonus, not part of the plan, save 4% to 9% on work comp fees without touching your Work Comp plan.

Even if you are already offering great benefits and paying 50% to 70% of the premium for your guards, many of them still can’t afford or won’t pay the $50 – $300 deduction required from their paycheck; this solves that problem, so you can cover 100% of the guards, not just the supervisors. The Tele-medicine, Prescripions, Tele-Vet and Tele-Counselling benefits are covered for the whole family, not just the employee.

• And the best part? Since the tax savings completely fund the cost of the benefits, it is a net profit for your company and your full-time eligible employees.

• And for California based Security Guard companies, this can help save your company significantly on your Workers Comp premiums. Since WC is based on Taxable Payroll, if we lower the taxable payroll, the WC fees automatically go down, saving your company thousands of dollars each year, especially if you have Armed Guards and K-9’s.

We recently helped a local Security company with 38 employees save about $22,000 a year on their FICA payroll taxes and about $50,000 a year on their Workers’ Comp fees (not the rate).
