In 1978, Congress mandated the Section 125 plan that allows companies like yours the ability to pre-tax employee benefits.

Why is this important to your Guard company? An article found in ASIS Security Magazine lists the employee turnover rate at 300-400% for Guard companies nationwide, listing low wages and lack of benefits for guards as the #1 cause.
