Is the 2021 CALSAGA Annual Conference happening?
YES! The conference is going to be held virtually on October 19, 20 and 21, 2021 from the comfort of your own home or office.
All attendees will receive free conference-on-demand viewing for two weeks, enabling access to all our sessions at your leisure. If you would like to attend the session LIVE, you will have the opportunity to participate in Q and A Sessions with our speakers. We strongly encourage you to attend live so you can interact directly with our speakers.

Who should attend the CALSAGA Annual Conference?
The conference is a great source of information for a variety of people within the security industry. We encourage those that are responsible for Human Resources and Employment, Operations, Supervision and General Management Staff to attend.
Additionally, the conference is a great overview for vendors who support the industry to learn about the latest challenges that face security operations in general and specifically in California.
How do I access the conference?
The conference will be available on your computer through the Whova website (Google Chrome is recommended) or mobile device through the Whova app. Please make sure to download the app and sign in prior to the conference. Once downloaded, simply search for “CALSAGA”.
You will need to set up an account with Whova. If you attended our 2020 Annual Conference you have already created a Whova account and should be ready to login. If you do not remember your credentials from last year, no worries! You can follow the steps for a forgotten password.
What is the cancellation policy?
Requests for attendee registration refunds or transfers must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the event. Virtual booth space and sponsorship purchases are non-refundable.
What is the Participant Code of Conduct?
CALSAGA is committed to providing an atmosphere in which personal respect and intellectual growth are valued and the free expression and exchange of ideas are encouraged. Consistent with this commitment, it is the policy of CALSAGA that all participants enjoy a welcoming environment free from unlawful discrimination and harassment.
Will there be handouts or visuals provided by the speakers?
We will be uploading several speaker handouts on our Whova app. Please make sure to download the app prior to the conference. Keep checking for additions.
Will there be opportunities during the Virtual Annual Conference for sponsors and vendors?
Yes, we will have a virtual Exhibit Hall with opportunities for vendors to interact with attendees and offer demos, prizes, and answer questions.

How can I submit feedback following the event?
Your feedback on our conference speakers is critical to the success of our event each year, and we are making it easy for you to speak your mind! CALSAGA will be distributing a survey to all conference attendees following the live event. We would appreciate completion by the end of October.
Will the 2022 Conference be in person or remain virtual?
Our intention is to have the 2022 CALSAGA Annual Conference return to a physical event. Please save the date for the 2022 CALSAGA Annual Conference which will take place October 18th – 20th at the Agua Caliente Resort Rancho Mirage.
